Elyzzea Limited Warranty
Every Elyzzea piece is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver and finished using our Triple-Shield™ protective layering system — engineered to preserve clarity and durability in tropical conditions.
Elyzzea provides a 6-month limited warranty covering verified manufacturing defects under normal intended use.
The Nature of Sterling Silver
Sterling silver is a precious metal that naturally evolves with wear and environment.
Over time, exposure to humidity, body chemistry, and daily wear may produce a natural surface transformation known as patina.
Patina may appear as:
• a subtle deepening of tone
• a soft vintage warmth
This natural evolution is a characteristic of authentic 925 sterling silver and does not affect the structural integrity of the jewelry. Patina is therefore considered a natural property of silver rather than a manufacturing defect.
Environmental Exposure Notice
Jewelry worn regularly in tropical environments may experience accelerated surface changes due to humidity, perspiration, and daily contact with skin, fabrics, and personal care products.
These natural environmental interactions are part of normal wear and are not considered manufacturing defects.
1-Year Tarnish Assurance
Sterling silver naturally responds to its environment, particularly in tropical climates where humidity and body chemistry influence the metal over time.
Elyzzea provides a 1-Year Tarnish Assurance.
If unusual or excessive tarnish appears within 12 months of purchase, the piece will be assessed and addressed at Elyzzea’s discretion based on its condition.
This assurance applies only to surface tone changes that are inconsistent with the natural behavior of sterling silver. It does not apply to discoloration caused by chemicals, improper cleaning, environmental exposure, or natural wear.
Coverage includes verified manufacturing defects such as structural faults, clasp or closure failure, detached components due to craftsmanship, and abnormal plating behavior not caused by wear or chemical exposure.
Abnormal plating behavior refers to surface peeling or bubbling occurring within the first 30–60 days despite proper care as outlined in the Elyzzea care guide.
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and environmental exposure are not considered manufacturing defects.
The following are not covered:
• natural fading or gradual plating wear
• scratches, dents, or friction abrasion
• exposure to chemicals, perfume, lotion, alcohol, or cosmetics
• water, sweat, humidity, or climate exposure
• bending, pulling, crushing, or impact damage
• improper storage or care
• sterling silver tarnish or patina
• stone or component loss caused by wear or external factors
Important Note on Silver Cleaning Dips
While liquid silver cleaning “dips” are commonly used in the Philippines, they must not be used on Elyzzea jewelry.
These chemical solutions are highly acidic and will strip the Triple-Shield™ protective plating instantly.
Damage caused by silver cleaning dips or similar chemicals voids the warranty.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:
Contact Elyzzea within 6 months of purchase
Provide proof of purchase
Provide clear photos or video showing the item condition
Return the item for inspection if requested
Our team will evaluate claims within 3–5 business days after receiving the required information.
Verification of defects is determined solely by Elyzzea following physical or photographic inspection
Warranty Contact & Return Authorization
To maintain careful handling of all Elyzzea pieces, returns for warranty inspection are accepted by authorization only.
Before sending any item, please contact our support team to receive return instructions.
Our team will provide the appropriate return address and guidance to ensure the item is safely received and evaluated.
Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Shipping for Warranty Inspection
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items for inspection.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Elyzzea will cover the shipping cost of the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.
All claims remain subject to evaluation.
Limitation of Liability
Elyzzea’s responsibility is limited to:
• replace the item with the same or a comparable design
• provide store credit equal to the original purchase price if replacement is not feasiblee.
No additional compensation or liability applies.
