Is Elyzzea real sterling silver?

Yes. All Elyzzea jewelry is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver and stamped “925” to verify authenticity.

Will the plating fade?

All plated jewelry experiences gradual surface wear over time due to friction and contact. Elyzzea’s finish is engineered to preserve its shine significantly longer than conventional silver finishes when properly cared for.

Will my jewelry turn black or yellow?

Elyzzea jewelry is designed to resist tarnish and discoloration. Over time, sterling silver may naturally develop a subtle patina depending on environment and wear. This is a natural characteristic of authentic silver and not a defect.

How long does the shine last?

Elyzzea jewelry is designed for long-term daily wear. With proper care, it can maintain its refined brilliance for many years of regular wear. Surface aging may vary depending on wear patterns, environment, and contact exposure.

Everyday Wear

Can I wear Elyzzea jewelry daily?

Yes. Elyzzea pieces are designed for elegant everyday wear. However, prolonged exposure to chemicals, sweat, moisture, or abrasion may gradually accelerate surface wear.

Can I wear it while swimming or showering?

To preserve the protective finish, we recommend removing jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exposure to chlorine, saltwater, lotions, or perfumes.

Care & Cleaning

How do I keep my jewelry shiny?

After wearing, gently wipe the jewelry with a soft dry cloth to remove oils and moisture. Store it in a dry place away from humidity and chemical exposure.

How should I clean my jewelry?

Use only a soft lint-free cloth for cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or abrasive polishing cloths, as these may gradually wear the protective finish.

Sterling Silver Behavior

Is tarnish normal?

Yes. Sterling silver is a precious metal that naturally responds to its environment. Over time it may develop a soft patina or mild oxidation. This is a natural characteristic of authentic silver and not a quality issue.

How long will my jewelry last?

With proper care, Elyzzea sterling jewelry is designed for many years of wear. Longevity depends on individual wear patterns, environment, and care.

Warranty

Does the warranty cover fading or wear?

No. Gradual plating wear, friction marks, and natural silver aging are normal characteristics of plated sterling jewelry and are not considered manufacturing defects.

What if something breaks?

If a piece develops a verified manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, Elyzzea may repair, replace, or provide store credit following inspection in accordance with our warranty policy.

Elyzzea offers complimentary shipping within the Philippines.

We partner with trusted national couriers, including J&T Express and LBC Express, to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and promptly.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery of your package.

2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1 Wrong Item Received

While mistakes are rare, we are committed to resolving them promptly. If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

Elyzzea will cover all shipping costs required to return the incorrect item and deliver the correct one.

Condition
The item must remain in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for the exchange.

2.2 Size Exchanges & Fit

We want your Elyzzea piece to fit you perfectly.

Size Exchange
As a courtesy, we offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Eligibility
The item must remain in pristine, unworn condition with all original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or contact with perfumes or lotions cannot be accepted for exchange.

Logistics
For size exchanges, customers are responsible for the return and reshipping costs.

2.3 Returns & “Change of Mind”

To preserve the hygiene and exclusivity of our pieces, Elyzzea does not accept returns or refunds based on a change of mind or personal preference after purchase.
