Care Tip: We recommend removing your jewelry before gym sessions, sports, or any harsh physical activity. Why it matters:

• Sweat & pH Levels: High-intensity exercise increases skin acidity and perspiration, which can be aggressive toward precious metal finishes over time.

• Physical Impact: Weightlifting or contact sports can lead to "friction abrasion," scratching the protective shield or causing structural stress to the sterling silver base.

• Safety: Removing jewelry during physical activity prevents accidental snagging or bending of delicate components.

A Critical Note on Chemical Exposure

To preserve the integrity of your jewelry’s protective finish, please strictly avoid the use of liquid silver "dips" or abrasive chemical cleaners.

In the Philippines, while liquid silver cleaning solutions are widely available and commonly used, they are highly acidic and abrasive. These harsh chemicals will instantly compromise the Triple-Shield plating, stripping away the brilliant luster and leading to permanent dullness. Please be advised that damage resulting from the use of these common chemical cleaners falls outside our warranty coverage.

• The Signature Polish: For daily maintenance, gently buff the surface with a soft, lint-free microfiber or specialized silver polishing cloth. This removes natural oils and restores the mirror-like brilliance without scratching.

• The Gentle Bath: For a deeper cleanse, use lukewarm water and a drop of mild, pH-neutral soap.
