All plated jewelry gradually wears over time due to friction and contact. Elyzzea’s finish is designed to maintain its shine significantly longer than standard silver plating when properly cared for.
Will my jewelry turn black or yellow?
Elyzzea jewelry is highly resistant to tarnish and discoloration. However, sterling silver may naturally develop subtle patina over extended wear or environmental exposure. This is normal for authentic silver and not a defect.
How long does the shine last?

Warranty
Does the warranty cover fading or wear?
No. Gradual plating wear, friction marks, and natural silver aging are normal characteristics of plated sterling jewelry and are not manufacturing defects.
What if something breaks?
If within 6 months of purchase and due to a verified manufacturing defect, Elyzzea may repair, replace, or provide store credit after inspection in accordance with our warranty policy.

2. Returns & Exchanges
2.1 Wrong Item Received
Mistakes are rare, but we are committed to fixing them immediately if they occur. If you receive an item different from what you ordered:
Our Commitment: We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
Cost: Elyzzea will cover all shipping costs associated with returning the incorrect item and sending the correct one.
Condition: The item must remain in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for the exchange.
2.2 Size Exchanges & Fit
We want your Elyzzea piece to fit you perfectly.
Size Exchange: As a courtesy, we offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of receipt.
Eligibility: The item must be in pristine, unworn condition with all original packaging. If the item shows signs of wear, scratches, or contact with perfumes/lotions, the exchange cannot be processed.
Logistics: For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for both return and reshipping fees.
2.3 Returns & "Change of Mind"
To maintain the hygiene and exclusivity of our pieces, we do not accept returns or refunds based on a "change of mind" or personal preference shifts after purchase.
