Is Elyzzea real sterling silver?

Yes. All Elyzzea jewelry is crafted in genuine 925 sterling silver and stamped “925” to confirm authenticity.

What makes Elyzzea different from other sterling silver jewelry?
Many silver jewelry pieces use very thin surface finishes that fade quickly. Elyzzea jewelry is finished with our Triple-Shield protective system — a multi-layer plating architecture designed to improve durability, brightness retention, and resistance to tropical humidity and daily wear.

Is Elyzzea jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. Elyzzea jewelry is nickel-free and lead-free, making it suitable for most sensitive skin.

What is Triple-Shield plating?
It is Elyzzea’s protective finish system engineered to enhance surface durability, tarnish resistance, and long-lasting brilliance during everyday wear.

Will the plating fade?
All plated jewelry gradually wears over time due to friction and contact. Elyzzea’s finish is designed to maintain its shine significantly longer than standard silver plating when properly cared for.

Will my jewelry turn black or yellow?
Elyzzea jewelry is highly resistant to tarnish and discoloration. However, sterling silver may naturally develop subtle patina over extended wear or environmental exposure. This is normal for authentic silver and not a defect.

How long does the shine last?
Elyzzea jewelry is designed for long-term daily wear. With proper care, it can maintain its brilliance for years. Surface aging varies depending on use, environment, and contact exposure.

Everyday Wear

Can I wear Elyzzea jewelry daily?
Yes. Elyzzea pieces are designed for refined daily wear. However, prolonged exposure to chemicals, sweat, moisture, or abrasion may accelerate surface wear over time.

Can I wear it while swimming or showering?
To preserve the protective finish, we recommend removing jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exposure to chlorine, saltwater, lotions, or perfumes.

Care & Cleaning

How do I keep my jewelry shiny?
After wearing, gently wipe with a soft dry cloth to remove oils and moisture. Store in a dry place away from humidity and chemicals.

How should I clean my jewelry?
Use only a soft lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or abrasive polishing cloths, as these may wear the protective finish.

Yes. Sterling silver is a precious metal that naturally responds to its environment. Over time it may develop patina or mild oxidation. This is a normal characteristic of authentic silver, not a quality issue.

How long will my jewelry last?
With proper care, Elyzzea sterling jewelry is designed for years of wear. Longevity depends on individual wear patterns, environment, and care.

Warranty

Does the warranty cover fading or wear?
No. Gradual plating wear, friction marks, and natural silver aging are normal characteristics of plated sterling jewelry and are not manufacturing defects.

What if something breaks?
If within 6 months of purchase and due to a verified manufacturing defect, Elyzzea may repair, replace, or provide store credit after inspection in accordance with our warranty policy.

2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1 Wrong Item Received

Mistakes are rare, but we are committed to fixing them immediately if they occur. If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

• Our Commitment: We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

• Cost: Elyzzea will cover all shipping costs associated with returning the incorrect item and sending the correct one.

• Condition: The item must remain in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for the exchange.

2.2 Size Exchanges & Fit

We want your Elyzzea piece to fit you perfectly.

• Size Exchange: As a courtesy, we offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of receipt.

• Eligibility: The item must be in pristine, unworn condition with all original packaging. If the item shows signs of wear, scratches, or contact with perfumes/lotions, the exchange cannot be processed.

• Logistics: For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for both return and reshipping fees.

2.3 Returns & "Change of Mind"

To maintain the hygiene and exclusivity of our pieces, we do not accept returns or refunds based on a "change of mind" or personal preference shifts after purchase.
